Case Study

Valuation of ProLogis portfolio in Poland

ProLogis is the world’s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, with 48.9 million sq m of industrial space in 121 markets across North America, Asia and Europe.

The company was founded in 1991 and has been present in Central & Eastern Europe for 10 years. In Poland they have a portfolio of 60 industrial buildings with the total area of 1 000 000 sq m in 16 distribution parks located in a number of strategic locations and they are still expanding.

When the Polish side of the firm decided to value their portfolio they were looking for the real estate advisor able to provide excellent and efficient service to meet all their expectations.

ProLogis instructed Jones Lang LaSalle Valuation Advisory for the valuation of the ProLogis Polish portfolio according to international RICS standards. After the initial valuation, a long term contract was agreed. We now prepare quarterly reports and annual valuation reports every year. We contribute to maintaining ProLogis’ leading position as the world’s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities.
