Tenant Representation - Atos Worldline

Renegotiation of lease contract 11.739 m² of offices over 2M € savings

Atos Worldline occupy a building in the decentralised area of Brussels. The building needed to be renovated and Atos Worldline was paying a rent level which did not correspond to the type of building that they occupied.

The 3 objectives were to obtain a commitment from the landlord to perform the required renovation works, to negotiate more attractive rental terms and finally, to negotiate Flexibility in the lease contract.

Jones Lang LaSalle obtained the firm commitment from the landlord to perform the required renovation within a fixed period of time. The firm also managed to negotiate savings of more than 2M € compared to the previous situation as well as a flexible lease contract allowing future downsizing and extension possibilities.
