On behalf of a private property company, Jones Lang LaSalle has sold a prime retail investment on High Street, Guildford to Lothbury Investment Management.
 
- The property is let to Phones 4U Ltd until 2015 at a current rent of £281,250 per annum
- The price achieved of £5.65m reflects a new benchmark yield for high street retail investments of 4.7%
