Stretford Mall, Greater Manchester: Resolving management issues and adding value to a Manchester shopping centre prior to sale.

Currently in receivership and valued at £40 million, our advice and expertise, which drew on initiatives from across the Jones Lang LaSalle business, enabled the receivers to overcome some significant issues surrounding the management of the Mall. This resulted in:
