Zorlu Property was established in 2006, with the aim of developing residential, public and commercial property on uncultivated prime locations. The creation of the Zorlu Centre presented an ambitious and unrivaled development by combining residential space, a performing arts centre, a shopping mall, a hotel and office blocks.
The shopping mall element will house some of the most internationally renowned brands, spread across 105,000 sq.m. Investment in the project has exceeded US$2.5 billion and once operational, the mall will accommodate circa 200 elite retailers.
