Nespresso: Local market expertise leads to perfect location for discerning retailer

Nespresso FranceNespresso filed their first patent application for their unique process of brewing coffee in 1996 and today 12,300 Nespresso coffee cups are consumed every minute worldwide.  The brand is driven by a quest for innovation and a pursuit of excellence.

It is imperative that the Nespresso consumer experience is consistent with the essence of the brand as well as promoting an original retail concept.

Jones Lang LaSalle was asked to identify a new store location for Nespresso, within a very specific area in Paris. The team used in-dept local knowledge to fulfill the location and size criteria, and found an optimal spot on 29 Rue Tronchet, less than 150m from Printemps.
