Challenge
To identify and introduce suitable collocation opportunities in west London for US client to accommodate UK expansion.
 
Solution
Working in consultation with Tenant Representation, we engaged to undertake a site search and review opportunities benchmarked against pre-agreed criteria. We then produced a comparative study on potential sites.
 
Results
  • Introduced three potential suppliers of space based on assessment criteria.
  • Space acquired with preferred supplier.
  • Project completed within agreed time parameters.
