To dispose of a legacy switch site in Docklands requiring significant upgrade works and located in area due for redevelopment, with only  2,817 sqft of technical space.
We devised and agreed a targeted marketing campaign recognising the challenges of the existing infrastructure and focussed on potential end users based on their business models.
Tenant identified through agreed marketing initiatives.
Reduced year on year management costs.
