A robust acquisition strategy for leading telecoms provider

​We have advised O2 exclusively as property consultants since 2003, supporting them through a period of growth in which they have doubled the size of their portfolio to 700 stores. After the acquisition of The Link was complete we achieved £19m cost savings per annum of rental liability. There were 220 assignments of leases, and £12m of premiums were raised.
