With our history of commercial success in Europe across a number of different shopping centres, Lanesbridge appointed us to carry out a full review of the existing foodservice provision at Arena Plaza, to advise on how the current foodservice mix can operate more effectively, driving footfall and increasing operator revenues.
In order to understand what the Centre was up against, a team of consultants spent time surveying several competing shopping centres within the City. The variety of Centres we visited provided us with a complete understanding of the extent of competition, food user patterns as well as the current foodservice market. Gaining this thorough understanding allows us to provide the best possible solutions and is what we are famous for.
The Scope of Work culminated with JLL identifying additional foodservice headroom and suitable locations for new units, providing detailed plans identifying how the Food Court could be made more appealing whilst at the same time increasing seating capacity by over 33%, strategies for activating the largely underused external terrace areas.
The detailed Scope of Work also included an assessment of the back of house area requirements, operation requirements, crockery and disposable requirements and a full review of the Food Court all designed to increase operational efficiency and customer experience.
