Challenge:

JLL were mandated to run a competitive financing process on behalf of Eider for the sale of a portfolio of four consented gas-fired reserve power projects with a combined total installed capacity of 84MW.

Solution:

JLL recommended a framework approach to support the disposal of he projects on receipt of capacity market agreements. Suitable bidders were identified and a competitive process run to ensure a bankable counterparty was selected amid a period of regulatory uncertainty. Our client is successfully closing out the sale of the portfolio.
