Our client wanted to realise maximum value from a newly commissioned 40MW ground mounted solar project. They had spoken to a number of potential buyers but felt that additional value could be achieved in the market


We ran a targeted disposal process by approaching a limited number of bidders who we believed could provide the additional value required. Through strong competitive tension the seller’s expectations were exceeded in terms of value and a tight transaction close timeline was achieved despite a number of external market concerns which were addressed along the way.
