Jones Lang LaSalle’s Manchester team moves into Chancery Place

Reaffirming commitment to the North West business

Manchester, 26 January 2009 – Jones Lang LaSalle’s Manchester team has today relocated to 7,800 sq ft of space on the 10th floor of Chancery Place, a new 105,000 sq ft office building, on Brown Street, in the heart of the city’s business district.

Jonathan Mills, head of the Jones Lang LaSalle’s Manchester office, said: “Our move reaffirms the company’s continued commitment to doing business in the North West and delivering to a diverse portfolio of clients.”

Jones Lang LaSalle originally acquired the Chancery Place site in 2007 and its Project & Development Services team has successfully project managed the building’s construction and fit-out. The firm’s agency teams are leasing agents on the building’s office and retail areas and Chancery Place will be managed by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Investor Property Management team.

Peter Lees, head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Regional Project & Development Services team, concluded: “Chancery Place has been a rewarding project to be involved with, reflecting a true team effort, within Jones Lang LaSalle and the wider project team, to ensure that the building's design has become a reality. The end result is a striking glass-fronted building offering superb modern accommodation in a prime location.”
