Jones Lang LaSalle announces two appointments in France

European Retail Team Recruits Marina Vidal and Alexandra Li Joins the Business Development team

MAPIC, Cannes, 16th November 2011 Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Marina Vidal to their EMEA Retail Development team as General Contractor.

Marina will be responsible for leading Jones Lang LaSalle’s European retail service offering with Tetris Projects Ltd, Jones Lang LaSalle’s wholly-owned subsidiary that offers a one-stop-solution for fit-out and refurbishment projects. Marina will work with retail professionals and clients throughout Europe, managing agreements for store fit-outs and new openings.

Marina brings great skills and ability in this area and her appointment will help us offer this enhanced service across Europe.”

Marina Vidal has 12 years' experience in the distribution of fashion and luxury goods, and was previously Retail Manager for brands including Montblanc, Porsche Design and Guess. She has experience of growing brands across multiple territories and opening new stores across Europe and the Middle East. Marina will be based in Paris, and reports directly to Franck Eburderie, CEO Tetris.

Alexandra Li has also joined the Jones Lang LaSalle Business Development team in France.  As Head of the development of Asian clients she will be in charge of developing the business, mainly Chinese investors and users likely to settle and invest in France. Alexandra will also support French groups in their real estate strategy in China.

Graduate of the American University of Paris, she is fluent in French, English and Chinese and has previously worked for Xinlu Group, a real estate Chinese group dealing with promotion and investment as well as residential real estate companies such as Level & Partners and John Taylor, a leading French agency specialising in luxury residential real estate.
