Jones Lang LaSalle to market residential development opportunity in Central London


London, 23rd October - On behalf of HMCTS, the London residential team at Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed to market the freehold of St Dunstans House, an exceptional Central London Residential development opportunity located just off Fleet Street alongside the Clifford’s Inn Gardens and the neo-Gothic Grade II* listed King’s College Library.

The 53,339 sq ft vacant office building was formerly occupied by Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service and is ideally suited to cater for both the established West End market as well as the City of London.
 
The team advised the landlord in 2009 to seek planning permission and assemble a design team.
