Jones Lang LaSalle announces strengthened Russian retail team

Russia & CIS retail department expands with 25 new hires and two new teams


Jones Lang LaSalle has announced a new Russian Retail department structure which will further strengthen one of the company’s key business lines.
25 retail experts have joined Jones Lang LaSalle in Moscow from Colliers International, under the leadership of Tatyana Kluchinskaya.

As well as Shopping Centers Leasing Agency and High Street Retail Unit, the reinforced retail department will include two new business lines: Retail Tenant Representation and Concept Development.

New hires for Jones Lang LaSalle include:

Head of Retail Department, Russia & CIS – Tatyana Kluchinskaya
Tatyana Kluchinskaya worked at a similar position for Colliers International. At Jones Lang LaSalle Tatyana will be managing the existing and new structural units established within the department, leading the company’s ongoing exclusive retail projects, securing new ones and expanding the retail portfolio of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Tatyana Kluchinskaya has worked in retail business for 13 years. From 1999 to 2006 she worked for Daev Plaza Group as Head of the Project Development and Implementation Department, where she led the Europark Mall and Moscow Hotel multifunctional complex project. In 2006 Tatyana joined Colliers International, first as Deputy Head, Retail Department, and then since April, 2008 as Head of Retail Department and Regional Director.

Tatyana’s portfolio – of over 1 mln sq m – consists of the biggest retail projects in Russia, including Golden Babylon Rostokino, Centralnyi Detskiy Mir (iconic kids store in centre of Moscow), River Mall, M5 Mall, etc. Tatyana’s client list includes Hals Development, Patero Development, PPF and other development companies.

Head of Shopping Centres Leasing Agency, Russia & CIS – Tatyana Malyanova
Tatyana Malyanova joins Jones Lang LaSalle after 9 years in Colliers International and Hals Development bringing with her a wealth of experience and relationships with numerous clients and developers. Tatyana’s portfolio includes Centralnyi Detskiy Mir in centre of Moscow, SEC Leto in St Petersburg, SEC Krasnyi Kit and SEC Rio Sevastopolskiy in Moscow and lots of projects in regions of Russia. At Colliers International Tatyana held the position of Retail Agency Director.

Head of Concept Development, Russia & CIS – Marina Malakhatko
Marina Malakhatko has worked in retail business for 9 years. She held the position of Commercial Director in DVI Group development company and was responsible for commercial operations management and for realization of such projects as SEC Stolitsa (Perm), SEC Stolitsa (Izhevsk), SEC KomsoMALL (Yekaterinburg), SEC Slava and others.

In 2009-2012 Marina worked for Colliers International. She was responsible for such projects as Centralnyi Detskiy Mir, SEC Golden Babylon Rostokino, SEC Viva and others. In 2011 she was promoted to the position of Associate Business Development Director of Retail Property Department, in 2012 – to the position of Business Development Director.

Concept Development is a new business line within the Retail Department of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Head of Retail Tenant Representation – Vladimir Aleksandrovsky
Vladimir Aleksandrovsky has worked in commercial real estate business in Russia and CIS for 9 years. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle after one year in Colliers International where he was in charge of key retailers. In 2005-2011 Vladimir has worked for leading children goods retailer Detsky Mir as Development Director. Under Vladimir’s management Detsky Mir opened 138 stores with 200,000 sq m GLA in Russia and Ukraine.

Retail Tenant Representation is a new business line within the Retail Department.
