Jones Lang LaSalle sweeps the board at annual Estates Gazette Property Awards 2013

Winners of four awards at last night’s ceremony


Jones Lang LaSalle has won an outstanding four categories at Estates Gazette’s annual property awards ceremony held last night at The Hilton on Park Lane in central London.

In front of over 800 of the great and the good of the UK’s property industry, Jones Lang LaSalle was crowned Industrial Agent of the Year, Office Agent of the Year and was awarded the overall National Property Adviser of the Year award.
 
Commenting on the national award one judge remarked: “JLL’s progress on residential has been quite impressive and the investment side is strong. In industrial they are uncatchable”. “Quite simply”, said another judge, “they appear everywhere in the market.”

Will Grant, a director in the firm’s Residential team picked up the firm’s fourth award - Young Property Professional of the Year. The judges noted: “Will was a standout candidate in a highly competitive category and he had testimonials from some of the industry's biggest names.”

Guy Grainger, UK CEO at Jones Lang LaSalle who attended the ceremony last night and picked up the award for National property adviser of the year said: “To top the table in four categories is an outstanding achievement and one that demonstrates all the hard work and dedication put in from across the firm over the last 12 months. This is something that we can all be extremely proud of and provides a solid grounding to start the new year.”
