Jones Lang LaSalle to create South-Eastern Europe regional client-service hub

Following a strategic assessment of their operational presence in South-Eastern Europe, Jones Lang LaSalle is proposing to re-structure its operations across the region.

The proposed re-structure will create a regional client-service hub, led by the existing Jones Lang LaSalle office and leadership team in Belgrade, Serbia.

Jones Lang LaSalle Serbia will act as the focus for commercial real estate client advice across the South-Eastern Europe region, with the resulting closure of the Jones Lang LaSalle office in Zagreb, Croatia. All other existing Jones Lang LaSalle operations in South-Eastern Europe are unaffected.

Richard Batten, European Board Member at Jones Lang LaSalle said: “With increased international investor interest and developer activity forecast across South-Eastern Europe’s commercial real estate sector, we expect this new initiative to help support profitable long-term Jones Lang LaSalle growth.”

Andrew Peirson, Managing Director, Jones Lang LaSalle Serbia, “Serbia is a country at the crossroads of both Central and South-Eastern Europe, and due to the strategic location of Belgrade we are well placed to serve clients’ needs in all eight countries within the region. We already have a strong roster of corporate clients that benefit from our local and global expertise and can provide a broad range of advice across cities, sectors and clients who are both present and looking to enter the region. ”
