Neil specialises in large scale project leasing for major investor and developer clients and provides strategic markets advice to large corporate occupiers both in the UK and EMEA.
Identifying and creating value in the markets whether investor or occupier is critical for our clients no matter what geography they are in - that is a key focus for both me and our teams.
Neil started his leasing career during the nascent stages of Canary Wharf – a project he has had a long association with. His focus then widened across Central London.
Neil has been involved in some of the largest and highest profile projects in London in the last 25 years; Canary Wharf, Broadgate, The Shard and 22 Bishopsgate – the largest speculative office ever built in the UK.
He has also advised many of the largest occupiers across many markets including Barclays, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse and WeWork.
He is arguably the most experienced major project leasing adviser in the Central London market and is an expert at securing major pre-completion lettings – and achieving market leading pricing.
Neil has an extensive global network of both clients and colleagues that allows him to leverage further value for clients whether it be best practice or access to key decision makers.
Neil has a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Geography and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
