Senior Vice President - Asset Management Services EMEA for JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group
Rastko is Senior Vice President in the Hotel Asset Management EMEA department. He is responsible for conducting strategic operational management and positioning reviews as well as providing on-going asset management services for individual hotels and hotel portfolios focusing on sustainable economic enhancement performance opportunities.

Since joining JLL Hotels in 2013, Rastko Djordjevic is responsible for conducting strategic positioning and operational management reviews, as well as providing on-going asset management services to individual hotels and hotel portfolios focusing on sustainable economic performance enhancement opportunities.
Prior to joining JLL Hotels, Rastko was advising investors on the positioning and operational set up of 5 star hotels and luxury branded residencies. Prior to this, Rastko was responsible for two real estate portfolios, compromising of 40 assets, owned by MPC Properties/Merrill Lynch and Marfin Investment Group. Previous to that Rastko was working with CBRE Hotels in both Spain and heading the Latin American region, working on numerous portfolio valuations, operator selections, development and investment advisory projects for clients such as Meliá Hotels International, Occidental Hotels, NH Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse amongst others.
Rastko gained his revenue, sales & marketing and business development experience, whilst working for Hilton Hotels in more than 6 properties and in the regional franchising EMEA office in Frankfurt.
Rastko is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Serbian.
Rastko has graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in International Hospitality Management and holds a Hotel Management Diploma form the Swiss Hotel Management School Les Roches. In addition he holds an EMBA from IE Business School in Madrid and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and of the Hotel Asset Managers Association (HAMA).
