Current responsibilities
Based in Palo Alto, Samit is responsible for expanding the growth of our international business across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific regions, as part of the International Desk.

Years of experience

Samit has 15 years of experience in providing strategic real estate advice to clients in India and the United States. Samit has spent the last 13 years with Jones Lang LaSalle in various capacities and roles. In 2007, Samit was responsible for the corporate client development and corporate account management functions in India. In this role, Samit was responsible for the development of new business relationships with multinational corporations such as HSBC, Citigroup, BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank, as well as oversight of service delivery for the firm’s corporate clients. Prior to returning to India in 2006, Samit worked as a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York office. While in New York, Samit was primarily involved in devising and implementing occupancy strategies for the firm’s corporate occupier clients. He also represented Cisco Systems, Microsoft Corporation and Morgan Stanley in transactions totaling over two million square feet in the tri-state area.
