The group provides a prompt and efficient property Valuation service utilising local property market knowledge from our UK and international offices, our strong occupational agency and investment market presence and our dedicated research arm. The team is led by Andrew Renshaw, who is a member of the firm's UK Board.

Every year our real estate Valuation work underpins decisions on around £210 billion of UK commercial property. This rises to £440 billion in EMEA and £3 trillion globally.​
